We partnered with Sprinklr to reimagine the conference experience from the ground up, developing a strategy built around deeper engagement for both attendees and sponsors.

Instead of relying on a traditional conference format, we introduced an unconference-style flow that encouraged more networking, more discovery, and more opportunities for customers to connect directly with Sprinklr experts and event sponsors.

To balance Nashville’s vibrant personality with Sprinklr’s brand integrity, we created a visual guidebook that transformed the host hotel and all ancillary locations into fully branded environments. Every touchpoint — from the main stage, breakout rooms, and lounges to sponsor activations and social settings — felt unmistakably Sprinklr.

The Nashville W’s lack of a traditional conference footprint became an asset rather than a constraint. By activating multiple spaces across the property, we kept attendees out of ballroom fatigue and designed a dynamic event experience that felt curated, immersive, and constantly in motion.

To drive stronger sponsor engagement, we helped partners show up beyond the standard kiosk model. Integrated touchpoints including hosted conversations, interactive moments, and co-branded lounges created more meaningful ways for sponsors to connect with attendees while enhancing the overall experience.

Alongside the core conference, our team seamlessly delivered several high-profile ancillary events, including a Customer Advisory Board meeting, the Analyst Meeting, multiple social and evening experiences, and a fully produced main-stage program. We managed production, timelines, talent, content, and show execution to ensure every part of the event felt strategic, cohesive, and connected.
