Game Developers Conference

Solana

The Game Developers Conference is one of the gaming industry’s biggest stages, bringing together AAA studios, key infrastructure players, and leaders across entertainment, tech, and media.

With major gaming blockchains all competing for visibility, Solana needed a smarter way to stand out. Based on past experience, a traditional booth setup wasn’t going to deliver the right ROI. Instead, the goal was to engage attendees in a way that felt more intentional, more memorable, and more aligned with the future of game development on Solana.

Rather than waiting for developers to walk the show floor, ADVOC8 created %%a destination that brought them directly%% into Solana’s world.

We built a pop-up coffee shop just steps from GDC, giving attendees a place to recharge while discovering what game development on Solana could look like in practice. The experience was designed to feel welcoming first, with free coffee and pastries serving as the entry point to deeper conversation and connection.

To drive traffic, branded Solana coffee carts in the nearby park extended the experience beyond the four walls of the space. Brand ambassadors handed out free canned coffee and Olipop in branded coozies, each featuring a QR code that led guests to RSVP for the coffee shop.
